Every subprocessor below is contractually bound to process personal data only on our documented instructions, to maintain confidentiality, and to meet the same security and data-protection standards we hold ourselves to.
Every subprocessor is carefully selected and contractually required to process personal data only on our documented instructions, maintain confidentiality, apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures, and comply with all applicable data-protection regulations (including UK GDPR, EU GDPR and, where relevant, US state privacy laws).
We may update our list of subprocessors from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. For material changes involving new subprocessors that handle significant amounts of personal data, we will provide notice to our customers.
